Our company had about a dozen of these laptops, and I've had to send them in for repairs many times to get their motherboard replaced. One time, apparently they were out of replacement motherboards, so after waiting around for a couple months, instead of fixing the laptop and sending that back, they actually sent a BRAND NEW laptop instead. When shipping the broken laptop back to them, they told us to keep the battery and adapter, so when they shipped the new laptop to us, it also included a battery and adapter, so I ended up with an extra... and I never used that one.
