Hulu doesn't work nemore

i read that it doesn't work for PS3 users AT ALL regardles of your location
and i just tried using it on my laptop with hotspot shield and hulu says something along the lines of "your not in the USA based on your IP and it looks like you're using an anonymizer"
didn't really use hulu but i liked the idea that it was an option :/
