To see Bernier get $2M a year and Wellwood's numbers were way better than Berniers even though Bernier got to play with the twins at the begining of the season is a slap in the face.

That and I'd give the emergence of our 3rd line to his credit as well. All of sudden our 3rd liners like Bernier and
Raymond started to become an offensive threat at the tail end of last season when the lines became a little bit more solidified.
I think I'm starting to see what he meant when he said in the beginning of the season that he's more of a playmaker than a goalscorer, which is why he was quite surprised to have lead the team in goals at the beginning portion of the season.
Just my observation.
