You should be fine with a 5spd as long as you know how to drive standard. When I took my class 5, I did it in a standard car and asked about the shifting in an intersection and what not and he basically told me that he wasn't testing me on my shifting and that he just wanted to see if I can obey the rules of the road.
I think it just comes down to who is the examiner is and how he feels about it. The test is a walk in the park though. I didn't even have to do any hazzard perception.
