Why the fuck would you want to keep fat down? Keep fat up! Keep protein up! Keep calories up! It's the carbs (from starch and grains) that you want to keep down.
Chicken breasts? You might as well eat paper. Go buy a whole chicken, or even just chicken thighs with the skin on. Tastes MUCH better than breasts, and provides more
good calories and
healthy fat.
Eating a bunch of fat-free garbage, then gorging on carbohydrate-and-garbage-fat-soaked "weight gainer" is just about the stupidest advice I can imagine someone giving for someone trying to bulk up.
