Looking for a good music organizer program that would let me rename files name & song titles/album/genre information in a more efficient manner than doing it one by one in Window + Winamp.

Any good recommendation? Don't want itune and don't want something that will automatically change everything by itself.

(*What I really wanted to do is, rename hundreds of chinese titled album and songs to english so that it will display proper in my car's display)
