there really isnt any full out numbers to give you, but from what ive gathered. its best to keep ur camber around -1 degree range, any less and it makes for shitty turning, and too much more yields too much camber wear, though some guys want that for the look.

as for toe, i was told its best to have the rears more toe in, while the fronts more toe out. as to how much, i dont know, but i assume a little cant hurt. these are suppose to yield the best results for handling when driving.
