A friend asked me to help him replace his two old computers. He's basically bitching that some videos lag and facebook flash programs don't really work. What do you guys recommend for parts for a super budget system? This comp will hardly get used. Maybe two hours or so a week.

Criteria:
-Cheap
-Use to Watch videos, Surf Internet, Send Email
-Plan to reuse old case, dvd drive, hdd, psu (if possible)
