^ make sure you read some reviews regarding the HDMI <--> LCD TV problems...
a lot of on board video (even with HDMI port) out there just won't correctly display at 1080p
there are much cheaper setup out there, like e1200 + $50 ECS board w/ video. + some
stolen ram lol, it depends on how much he wants to spend, really. If he wants Win7 to be
installed later on, for sure E5200 is decent enough
