Well in Richmond just note the stupid things like dedicated left turn lights...like the one on no.3 road turning to ackroyd..its one of the routes..
Oh and watch your speed on garden city..its 60 before westminster and 50 after if you're heading towards steveston..
and for your parking..go to icbc during the weekends and practice..but yea i know what you mean..and no i wouldn't advise it..theres not much width in the parking lot..the head of your car might hit a parked car when you do a L park if you position your car in the opposite direction lane (even though its supposed to be one way in the icbc parking lot)
