you don't have to do it in one movement, you can fix it if you want. but when i did mine the examiner just told me to stop, even though i was just about to fix it. so it's really up to the examiner.
like i said, parking's not that big of a deal, just make sure your driving is flawless!
55 was acceptable two years ago, but when i was doing my class 5 my friends told me that they're more strict now and it was like 48 - 52. but that might have been just for the class 5 exam..i'm not sure.
you should clear that up with your instructor! (if you get an instructor prior to the test it's pretty much a for sure pass, providing that you can drive.)
