Like others have said, just make sure it's rated for the size and weight of your TV and you shouldn't have a problem. Also, make sure you mount it to the studs in your wall so it's braced properly.

One suggestions (what I did) was to find a reasonably thick piece of plywood (around 3/8" - 1/2"), paint it the same color as your wall, and screw it down to the studs in the wall. Make sure you use a reasonably long screw so it's secured properly, and install the mount onto the plywood. That'll give you some flexibility on where you can mount and screw down the wall mount to (in case their mounting holes don't line up with where you want the TV)
