Just wondering how I clear all passwords/cookies/etc on a Safari...and anything else I might want to do?

I'm quitting my job and no, I didn't cruise porn sites or anything that can get me in trouble, but I did go on Facebook, message boards, my bank account, etc on pretty much a daily basis, and those are all sites I don't want falling into the hands of my coworkers...just want to leave my computer nice and clean.
