Ok so you cant train more then 3 times a week.. go 3 times a week and bust your ass off.. the eating part is no excuse though.. get a freaking cooler if you need to and make all your food for the day.. buy almonds in bulk and snack on those when you cant actually eat a proper meal.. beef jerky works too..

btw you arent a hardgainer at your height and weight..
I am 6'4 and I was 140 lbs (skinny fat) when I started.. I dont lift that often anymore and I sit around 170 lbs naturally and have never gone over 200 lbs.. you have 45 lbs on me..
