To everybody that thinks polishing will get rid of egging. It will but only to certain degree. When paint gets egged the residue will come out, but almost 99% of the time the egg actually scratches the paint so severely it gets down to the primer. The panel either needs to get repainted or touched up with a toothpick. If you've ever tried to break an egg shell between you thumb and your other fingers, if you have it vertical it's damn near impossible. So the same thing applies, the paint gets scratched down to the primer because the eggshell is so hard. So unfortunately you will need to get some touch up paint or repaint. Sorry to hear!
