Get drunk by sitting down at a slot, putting in 20 bux, keep ordering drinks from the waitresses, and not play the slot once. Just tip her every time she gives u a drink.
Other than that, I don't know what's cheap in Vegas. Sleeping is free (except for the cost of the room)
