Memphis Blues since I had a craving for some BBQ.

Pulled pork was pretty decent, brisket was OK. Ribs were a bit too dry for my liking, even with the sauce. If you're ever there, don't get the potato salad unless you like it kinda dry. I prefer my potato salad a bit more on the creamy side.
