Beef: Prime Rib/Rib Eye
Chicken: drum sticks
Pork: Belly
Duck: Breast
Lamb: Shoulder (slowly roasted..)
Salmon: Belly... bbq.. mmmMMmm... actually the whole fish is damn good
Turkey: Thigh
