Let's not get started on that here

The Nepalese diet shouldn't be too bad, unless you are eating like a peasant... You will see a lot of curries, including meat and veggies. Nepalese food is good, like a combination of Chinese and Indian. You'll enjoy it!

As for why not buy a cheap garbage multivitamin, read this.
