the old digital box is having a signal issue receiving the channels
you can try to..
- unplug/replug the coaxial cable coming from the outlet
- bypass any splitters
- power cycle the box
if it still doesn't work, call shaw and let them know. they'll try to reset your box and book a technician if it still doesn't work

We only pay for basic 28- but on the anolog box it was always full cable once i removed the filter from outside with a simple coat hanger and flat head screwdriver... yeah, unfortunately there's no way around it since you can't change anything on the box itself to get those channels again
