TD Waterhouse sucks. Because of their trade commissions. It takes about 2-3business days to open. But if you've got the $$$ and push the guy who helped open the account, it can be done in a day.
Good news is that TOS has been bought by TD Waterhouse. Hopefully the rates will go down and they keep the platform.
