I'm not familiar with the way they think!

How should I approach these chicks?

I don't want anything "special" out of them. I just want to have a nice convosation with them. BTW, how do you tell the age of these chicks? I seriously can't tell how old these chicks are!

I hate to say it, but some of these chicks seem to be sorta bitchy!
