I LOVE dips! On my last heavy day I did Bodyweight (right now ~190 lbs thanks to creatine

) plus a 45 lbs plate for a 12 rep total (3 sets). I used to be able to do more, but I am cutting right now.
Last night I did bodyweight for 40 total reps. My pecs are brutally sore today, especially combined with the cold I just got
