Ya its working pretty well for me atm.. been a month almost, i skipped the daily recommendation of 4 x 2 scoops lol.. serisouly its to thick and to mcuh to drink..
I did 2 x 2 scoops a day, ate 4-5meals, worked out 4-5 days a week..
I started at 117lb's and now im a solid 124-125lb ..

(i think.. i weighted myself multiple times within a week and on 2 different scales haha)
gained a good 8 lbs in a month?.. thats more then i expected actually.. lol.. next goal is 135-140 by end of year! >=O btw this stuff taste like pretty good haha like drinking chocolate milk
