I use the magic bullet, one cup of milk for 2 scoops (kinda like thick chocolate milk).. usually have a meal with this at the side.. (ex. breakfast = eggs, bread, 1shake, glass of milk, cereal or fruit if im still hungry)

hmm.. i dont have a gut atm, hopefully i can keep it that way.. atm im doing about 25x4 (15-30sec rest in between) bicycle crunches a day...
Think thats enoguh to keep a gut off? or should i be doing other exercises?
(btw i dont do cardio during my work outs)
