Martin Brodeur can still kill it at 37. It's retaining players @ 40 + of age is where the question mark lies. But at least at those years beyond, Loungo is only retained for $1M.
Even if at that point in his career, it's time to pass on the torch, $1M is not entirely heavy for a Back Up Goaltender. But that's still an entire decade away.
