your right, not many people
actually need for scoops of this at a time... remember they test sups on high performance athletes/bb.. not regular people.
i'm currently taking un xtreme weight gainer and only do 1 serving a day to be honest (spreaded out throughout the day that is of course). imo this is the best gainer in terms of protein per gram and the fat you are getting compared to others etc but i'll leave this for another rant.
i'm currently looking at 3500 calories a day, and eat about 3000? so it works out for me fine. remember food ALWAYS > sups.
