Wondering if you guys could help me. I just got on there and Dled like 5 gbs of movies and stuff but then realized my up speed is horrendous. Im getting like 0-2.2kbps up speed and its going to take forever to get back to 1:1. I tried partial speeding as well on something thats like 389:150 and its still so damn slow. I read the forums and heard about the wait times but isnt that only for downloading?
