I'm a complete transit noob and I need help.

I've got a class in downtown and a class in burnaby on the same day. I drove the first day just to try it out and figured that it would be too much of a hassle to do so...

What's the simplest way to get from SFU harbour center to SFU bby? Do I just take the skytrain?
