so say if a laptop dies, from file corruption... say windows (bad enough that safe mode doesnt even work). but you have shit on there. how do u get it out???
oh and the optical drive is dead if that matters so it can't read any discs.

i assume you need to buy a 2.5 inch enclosure and stick the laptops HD in there and plug it into another comp, take all the info out and that's it right?

any 2.5 inch enclosure works? or what? anyone wanna recommend me one or tell me the correct way to do this?
