benkei hands down. go there all the time. been to all the other ramen places (g-men, kintaro, motomachi shokudo, benkei, ajisen). benkei has aggressive pricing, tasty broth, pretty soft meat that is not too fat, and decent chewy noodles).
benkei's miso is really good. their creamy tokotsu (shiro) is also very very good too.
