Potato Side Dish

2 x Potatoes
1/4 - 1/2 of a White Onion (depending on size)
2 x Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup of Water
2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp of Sugar
1 Tbsp of Corn Syrup
1 tsp of Sesame Oil
1 tsp of Sesame Seed
Ground Pepper for taste
Peanut/Vegetable Oil

1. Heat Saucepan, put oil then potatoes, cook until translucent, then combine onion, garlic, water, soy sauce, sugar and corn syrup

2. Cover saucepan and cook for another 7-10 minutes

3. Combine the rest of the ingredients (sesame seed, sesame oil, black pepper).

NOTE:
I like to make mine more saucy, so I usually double the water, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar.
