I am looking into doing a sample platter.....just trying to work the kinks out.
What do you guys think a good quantity for a sample platter to be?
I've seen in the past that 2 flavors for a pound does not work. With 20 flavors now and another 5 to be added on, it becomes a bit of a pain for my kitchen guys when we do over 70,000 wings a week. just my .02cents
