So my laptop wont boot past the Toshiba start screen. It says I have the option to press "F2" or "F12" but it doesn't respond. Also tried with a known working key board, known working ram/hard drive, but to no avail. Also tested p/s, and that's in working order. Opened it up to check hardware and found no discernable damage to any components.

I also took it to a shop a while ago and they couldnt get it working either. Anyone have any ideas? Or know of a reputable shop close to surrey?
