(this is from Forza 3, made completely with shapes there is no image import tool)
-forza less cars
-forza has a mix of fantasy and real tracks (lemans, nurb, sebring, silverstone, mugello ect..)
-forza was the first series with the driving line
-so far better online integration
including leaderboards/ratings and shops for tuners, livery editors
-so far better damage models
-generally considered better physics model (fm3 has tire deformation physics now)
- and the fact that all 3 forza games have come out since the release of gt4
