Best way to tell is if you see it in person.

Easiest way is to spot the zipper, real TR use rectangle shaped shiny YKK zippers, and they are super smooth to operate. and real TR should not have any crooked lines or exposed thread heads on the stitching, spaces between stitches should be even and is universal throughout the entire pair.

Check the inner tags for Silver micro stitching and also the inner pocket liners.

inner tags should be smooth, flat, without distortion and is white without any off-wash or discoloring.

inner pocket liners are thick and smooth durable fabrics with clearly imprints of the Buddha logo.
