Now SkippyPupp will post articles stating that you don't have to change your routine, there's no scientific evidence, just guidelines. I'll agree, there's no compelling argument, I personally find doing the same routine gets boring and I plateau, changing it up motivates me to focus on strength building in different exercises.

Its not all about science and supplements, some of it is in your head.

Are you working forearms?

They are usually the first muscle to plateau preventing you from handling heavier weight, and one of the most overlooked muscles to exercise.
