They are usually the first muscle to plateau preventing you from handling heavier weight, and one of the most overlooked muscles to exercise.

Some good points there. But yes changing routines is good mentally and in a sense that it will stop your muscles from adapting to the exercise
Yes and its not all about the science and supps, but you cant argue against the fact that they will push you further along
Forearms. Yes. I will need to do more than just jerkoff as i do notice it being the weakest link at times
