There are no studies that show you have to be 'regular' to be healthy. The whole trend of bulking yourself up with fiber and taking supplements to irritate your gut causing it to excrete mucous has no foundation at all.
As long as you are not feeling gut pains, and don't have blood in your shit, there is no "right" way to shit. There is no reason to believe that the shit won't eventually come out on its own, when you're ready. Just stay hydrated and eat enough vegetables, and regularity will come on its own, in its own form. It might be every morning, it might skip a day. Or two. None of that matters.
