Yeah... i arrived maybe 30-45 minutes after it happened. Took a while to get down burnaby mountain parkway, but after that barnet highway was thankfully pretty clear.
Did anyone see this on wednesday? Ouchh i guess this is what they do instead of tickets now. Well at least they were nice enough to put a case around the wheel... in london they dont and the clamp damages the alloy.
