I disagree, think about it. Your body is made up of some hundred trillion cells....each and every one of those cells need to be fed and need to get rid of waste, this all happens through your bowels. If you bowels aren't working properly then every one of your cells can't properly dispose of their waste...so it just builds up in your body now

What do you think happens to waste when it doesn't come out the other end within a day? it putrifies and cakes up the fine hairs on the walls of your intestines...making them unable to extract nutrients from the food you eat...it just keeps building up and building up until you are so constipated that the food you eat just goes right though you without providing your body with any nutrition at all.

IMO if your bowels are working....you can't be sick.
