To the OP:
I think you're trying to help out your friend here, but I don't know how much you're really helping him. Why are you stuck cleaning up his jizz (quite literally in fact)? If you want to help him out, help him out with the options but stop being his middle man. He's gotta take responsibility for what he's done and he should act on the options, not you.
He should be in touch with her family, not you.
