go to your xbox screen (out of the game) then you go to forza 3, instead of clicking play game, theres another option i i think u press yellow or green *forgot* then a pop-up screen will appear, and you will be granted an option --> install into HDD
but you still need the have the game in your disc tray to play
but this will reduce load times
