If you have an intermittent problem and you want to take it to any shop. ALWAYS request a ride along (point out the problems to them).. these days all the dealership's diagnostic computers are portable ask them to bring one along.
I mean eg for BMW OPS you can see real time fuel pressure.. which makes pin pointing much easier.. especially your car is relatively new.
