i never said anything about shortening the stopping distance noob, you answered it yourself, its design to control the car during hard braking, you either apply less brake pressure on a non-abs car and brake earlier in the corner or use an ABS car and brake later and into the corner.
go take some track lessons first before talking. I've probably gotten more real track days experience then you in forza
non-ABS is only good for training braking, but ultimately ABS cars still have the fastest lap times
