Momofuku, hands down! Theres a few locations... 4 now (saam, noodle bar, milk and ko). The chef's pork buns has been featured everywhere. David Chang (the chef who opened these restaurants) won the James Beard award for 2009.
It's a casual dining place... where east meets west. A must try for sure!
