the guy wasn't a regular dealer, just some guy he asked "hey you have any weed by chance?" and the guy happened to have a few joints on him.
Don't get mad at me, I'm just relaying the story. He's done quite a variety of drugs in his time but not coke or meth, so he knew it wasn't just weird weed or something.
