Bleed the lifters.
Take them out, turn them upside down and bleed them in clean new oil. They must be fully submerged.

For your timing chain guide, theres a couple writeups all over nico and stuff.
Pretty much, remove the valve cover and front cover. There's a few 10mm bolts holding the guide in. If the inside is scored, remove or adjust it. You don't need it, but it's there for a reason. The engine vibrations simply loosened the bolts and the retainers sagged. I would just remove them alltogether.
This is for the ka24de though. The kae is the same idea though. Just look for a writeup.
