everything at Futureshit is a gimmick. What I tell everyone is to research what they're interested in ahead of time, and only go to FS for the actual purchase. They're guys don't know shit all, especially when compared to the combined knowledge of RS.

LED = lower power, brighter, cleaner, less heat, and will always outlast a bulb if it is used within it's designed limits. an LED backlit TV will never need a new backlight, and a fully LED TV should (theoretically) almost never break down. It'll be like those oldass CRT's some people have that WILL NOT DIE (like my parents 25 odd year old Candle TV)
