I have at least a couple dozen stock AMD heatsinks ... There's a reason ... And, yes, I've used them ...
Cool'N'Quiet sucks ... I love having fluctuating framerates in games because I couldn't spend $10-$20 on a good heatsink
Edit: It should also be noted that regular Athlon II and Phenom II CPUs do NOT come w/ the copper heatpipe HSFs ... I just checked the Athlon II X4 630 and Phenom II X4 925 that I'm using in builds tonight and they both have the regular aluminum HSFs ...
